UFO Abductions and Alien Battles Take Over Los Santos in GTA Online November Update

From GTA BOOM Wiki

Zombies, aliens, and Día de Muertos celebrations are taking over Los Santos. Join the Halloween madness in GTA Online until November 6.

After celebrating Día de Muertos last week, Rockstar Games is fully embracing the Halloween spirit in Grand Theft Auto Online.

Spooky events, challenges and rewards promise players another week of otherworldly experiences as they navigate through alien abductions, UFO crashes, and zombie-infested survival modes.

As part of the month-long update, the streets of Los Santos continue to become a hotbed for unusual activity. This time around, extraterrestrial sightings are on the rise, with reports of UFOs and mysterious abductions. Unsuspecting citizens find themselves whisked away to a dark, foreboding basement beneath Fort Zancudo.

In this nerve-wracking scenario, players must work together with up to three other abductees to uncover clues, restore power, and orchestrate a daring escape. Those who successfully break free from their alien captors will be rewarded with a unique non-lethal weapon called The Shocker, perfect for incapacitating targets without causing fatal harm.

Rockstar is flipping the script with one of its new modes for GTA Online.

Merryweather Security has managed to secure a crashed UFO and has transported it to Fort Zancudo for testing, presenting a golden opportunity for players to engage in a high-stakes mission. The objective is twofold: first, eliminate Merryweather's agents, and then compete against fellow players to salvage valuable alien technology. Successfully delivering these otherworldly components to Omega's shack will result in huge rewards and, of course, bragging rights.

If you don't know where Fort Zancudo is, or how to get in, we have the guide for that.

For those seeking intense combat experiences, the Alien Survival Series offers the chance to step into the shoes of extraterrestrial fighters. In this mode, players will need to fend off waves of NOOSE operatives, FIB agents, and Marines. As if that isn't enough of an incentive, participants will earn double GTA$ and RP for their efforts until November 6.

The Halloween festivities extend beyond alien encounters. The Judgement Day adversary mode pits Sanctus Riders against Hunted players in a thrilling chase across the city. This unique twist on the classic cat-and-mouse game allows fallen team members to be resurrected when an opponent is eliminated, ensuring non-stop action. Both sides will enjoy double rewards, with GTA+ members receiving an even more lucrative quadruple payout.

GTA Online's spooky masks for this year continue to deliver.

For those who are brave enough to face the undead, the Ludendorff Cemetery Survival mode, a spine-chilling zombie-slaying experience, is still available. The record-setting mode sees players must work together to outlast hordes of the walking dead, which will remain available until November 6.

GTA Online also continues to celebrate Día de Muertos with special in-game gifts. Players who log in during the event period will receive Calaca masks, including the Maritime, Royal, Romance, and Floral variants. Additionally, a exclusive Día de Muertos Tee will be added to players' wardrobes.

Vehicle enthusiasts have plenty to be excited about this Halloween season as well. Simeon joins in on the Halloween spirit, offering discounted rides at his Premium Deluxe Motorsport Showroom. Players can find spooky options like the BF Weevil and Albany Lurcher at 30% off or snag the Enus Super Diamond at 50% off.

There are chances to try out new vehicles too. The Pegassi Weaponized Ignus is available for players who want to test its powers. Meanwhile, placing in the top five at the LS Car Meet Series rewards players with the Bravado Gauntlet Classic.

Finally, Halloween discounts are plentiful this week. Skull tattoos and sugar skull face paints are available for free. Many selected monster masks are half off, making it easier for players to get into spooky spirit.
