It features a new heist where the you team up with Miguel Madrazo to steal sensitive documents and other valuables from a drug lord named El Rubio on his private island, Cayo Perico. The DLC also adds a new submarine headquarters, new vehicles, weapons, and radio stations, as well as a new heist structure that allows players to start the heist solo or with up to three other players.
