100+ Car Chain Reaction Explosions
Check out this clip to see what it looks like to rig together 100+ vehicle chain explosions. Just make sure the bass on your speakers isn't set to max (don't wanna blow them)! Also pretty impressive that the console (PS3) can handle everything happening at once like this with a pretty stable frame rate.
{{#widget:a name="agent">}.
Agent (Rockstar Game)
Agent is a stealth-action single player in development by Rockstar North. It was announced exclusively for the PS3 way back in June 2009 and we haven't heard much information since. There's even been rumors it will now be a Playstation 4 game.
Anyway, the screenshot below was captured from Grand Theft Auto V. "4G3NT" is clearly "AGENT" and the car the licence plate is on is the Grand Theft Auto V version of James Bond's car — the Aston Martin (known as the the Dewbauchee in GTA).

Altuist Cult Website Morse Code
The Altuist Cult as a website you can check out at www.altruistsunite.com (using the in-game browser of course). You'll find a bunch of morse code there and this is what it says:
THE INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION HAS BEEN A DISASTER TO THE STABILITY OF THE HUMAN RACE.
ALMOST ALL WOULD AGREE THAT CONTINUED FOCUS ON THE SUPERIORITY OF THE SUB 40 YOUNGER GENERATION WILL RESULT IN THE CATASTROPHIC AND TRAGIC END TO OUR CIVILIZATION.
MAN IS A NOCTURNAL ANIMAL BY NATURE.
THOSE WHO EXIST IN THE INDUSTRIAL-TECHNOLOGICAL SOCIETY, BATHING IN SUNLIGHT AND ELECTRONICS, SUFFER FROM PSYCHOLOGICAL PROBLEMS.
HYPERVITAMINOSIS D CAUSES ABNORMALLY HIGH CONCENTRATIONS OF CALCIUM, WHICH CAN CAUSE HARM TO THE HEART, KIDNEYS AND BONES. TOXIC CONCENTRATIONS ARE A DIRECT RESULT OF EXPOSURE TO THE SUN.
CROWDING CAUSES STRESS AND AGGRESSION.
PRIMITIVE SOCIETIES, ONES WHERE CLOTHES AND TOOLS OF THE INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION WERE NOT NEEDED, PROVIDED A STABLE FRAMEWORK FOR THE FUNCTION OF SOCIETY.

Bigfoot
Update: you can now play the game as Bigfoot by eating a special Peyote plant! Check this post out for details.
Bigfoot (or at least someone dressed as Bigfoot) is in Grand Theft Auto V.
There is one mission where Franklin is chasing three guys that Trevor needs killed (Predator). Basically both Michael and Trevor arrive at a forest in a chopper and the idea is that Michael takes them out with sniper rifle.
Forget though and aim as far as you can to the bottom right hand corner of the screen. Turn on your thermal scope and you should be able to make out Bigfoot!
Just make sure that you don't put your sights on him directly, because he'll disappear then! Try and keep him in the corners of your sights to get a good look.
{{#widget:a name="bruciepackie">}.
Brucie and Packie McReary (GTA IV)
Brucie Kibbutz is on Bleeper (the GTA V equivalent of Twitter) and Packie McReary is there too. It is possible for Franklin to help him during a random event called Getaway Driver, after which he'll join your crew.
This random event can be triggered by all three protagonists, and will appear when you are around the Strawberry Avenue pharmacy, Dollar Pills. When the random event triggers, you'll witness Brucie and Packie robbing a store owner at gunpoint, but they don't have a getaway vehicle to escape from the cops with. If you steal a vehicle, pick them up, lose your wanted level and take them to their destination, you'll be rewarded with GTA$ 1000 and Packie as a crewmember.
Commandeering Civilian Vehicles
The cops can sometimes be pretty hard to shake in GTA V. If you manage to disable one of their vehicles, then they'll quite happily commandeer a new set of wheels from a civilian and attempt to continue chasing you.{{#widget:a name="creeping">}.
Creeping
If you start following female NPCs around Los Santos they will get nervous, continuously look over their shoulder and also start walking faster. Don't be such a creep!
{{#widget:a name="frozenalien">}.
Frozen Alien
At the very start of the game during the tutorial mission when there is a police chase and you're driving, ignore what it's telling you to do.
Then just before you get to the bridge there will be a frozen river.
Drive onto the river and you'll see an alien frozen in ice right under the bridge.

Ghost
This one's a little creepy... go to the spot indicated on the map below at 11pm.
What you see:
Thanks proudcatowner{{#widget:a name="gta2and3">}.
Grand Theft Auto 2 and III
While playing as Franklin you'll be asked to steal a specific sports car. The car in question is quite an old one — the Z-Type. Some of you older Grand Theft Auto fans might remember the Z-Yype from both GTA 2 (it was driven by the Zaibatsu Corporation) and GTA III (in which it was considered a luxury car).{{#widget:a name="idlechars">}.
Idle Characters
Leave your character idle for a while and the game will automatically switch to first person view and they'll start looking around for stuff to do/see. If there are any good-looking women around then the game/character will zoom in on them!{{#widget:a name="maxweights">}.
Helicopter Pad Maximum Weights
You might have noticed that all of the chopper pads in GTA V have numbers on them. What do the numbers mean though?
Well, they actually represent the amount of weight, in thousands of pounds that the pads are capable of holding.
You learn a new, interesting, thing every day!
{{#widget:a name="infinite8">}.
Infinite 8 Mystery
We have an entire page dedicated to solving what has become known as the mystery of Merle and the Infinite 8. Check it out here.{{#widget:a name="jesusjesse">}.
Jesus / Jesse
Head down to Del Pero Beach and at the location shown below you'll find Jesse (GTA V's very own Jesus look-a-like). He also has some very "godly" things to say — stuff like "I spoke to my dad and he used to be a real mean guy. He was a dick. Especially to the Jews".
L.A. Noire Easter Egg
Elysian Fields Co. appears in Los Santos. It was a construction company in one of Rockstar's other games, L.A. Noire.{{#widget:a name="chauffeur">}.
L.A. Noire Easter Egg #2
This easter egg allegedly doubles as a homage for the game L.A. Noire, also developed by Rockstar Games. In the early years of GTA 5 when this easter egg was found, it was alleged that the protagonist of L.A Noire, Detective Cole Phelps', body can be found in a mineshaft. Incidentally, Phelps dies in a sewage tunnel during the story of L.A. Noire. While this is not a sewage tunnel, it is a tunnel, giving a slight nod to the L.A. Noire franchise.
However, the body found in the mineshaft is in fact that of Isaac, as revealed during the Murder Mystery side quest.
Madam Nazar's Fortune Telling Machine
We have an entire guide to Madam Nazar's fortune telling machine. There is a TON of interesting easter eggs that the machine spits out and that reference both the GTA series as well as the Red Dead Redemption series.
Parents from Another Universe
In GTA Online, when you're on the character creation menu, you can actually select protagonists from other Rockstar Games' games as your parents. For example, you can select Claude from GTA III, Niko Bellic from GTA IV, and John Marston from Red Dead Redemption as your father.
And you can also select Misty, a non-playable character featured in GTA III, as your mother.
Michael's Chauffeur
Play as Michael and go to his house. Hang around the garage and his family members and eventually one of them will say they're going out.
Walk along with them to one the family's cars and be at the passenger door when they are getting in the driver's seat. Enter exactly when they do. We're going for a little ride!
Whatever family member it is will now drive you around. You can even switch to hood view and look at yourself!{{#widget:a name="mime">}.
Mime
Yup, there's a mime in GTA V and you can abuse him (not that we condone that sort of behaviour of course...). He doesn't take too kindly to you looking at him for too long though, much less pushing him over/trying to knock him out. Try too much funny stuff and his buddies will come running.
Also make sure you check out this animated mime GIF we have (click to see the full version — 1MB).
{{#widget:a name="mobileos">}.
Mobile Operating Systems
The three main game characters, Trevor, Michael and Franklin each have a different type of cell phone that mimics a real-life mobile operating system type: iOS (Michael), Android (Franklin) and Windows (Trevor).{{#widget:a name="npcrobberies">}.
NPCs Robbing Stores
Whenever you walk into a store there is always a small chance that you'll walk right into an NPC robbing the joint! Take him/her out then rob the place for yourself!{{#widget:a name="parallelparking">}.
Parallel Parking
If the NPCs sometimes struggle to parallel park properly. If you see an an NPC attempting to parallel park, you might notice that they need several attempts at it and need to go back and forward several times in order to get it right.{{#widget:a name="peewee">}.
Pee Wee's Big Adventure
Do you remember the movie Pee Wee's Big Adventure? Well when you are doing a Barry mission whilst playing as Trevor you'll need to fight some nasty clowns.
And while the brawl is going down there is some music playing in the background. It's from the clown scene in Pee Wee's Big Adventure!{{#widget:a name="playboymansion">}.
Playboy Mansion
Yup, it's the Playboy Mansion, right in Los Santos of course! Check out the video below for the location and to get a taste of what to expect when you visit at night...
{{#widget:a name="pratfall">}.
Pratfall Easter Egg
To fall on your ass press Square to jump and then when you're in mid-air press Circle.{{#widget:a name="missionbriefings">}.
Pre-mission Briefings
If you fail and then choose to repeat a mission then you should notice slightly different variation to the briefing dialogue prior to the mission, to take account for the fact that you're doing it again.{{#widget:a name="runoutofgas">}.
Puncture Fuel Tank, Gas Runs Out
This may not have much of a practical use, but it does show the level of detail that Rockstar have put into Grand Theft Auto V.
Check out the video below and you'll be shown how to puncture a vehicle's gas tank, and you can then watch the gas leak... with the vehicle eventually running out of fuel and coming to a complete stop!
{{#widget:a name="randomphotos">}.
Random Photos
Try to be discrete/respectful if you feel like taking photos of random people in the streets of Los Santos. Otherwise sometimes they'll start a fight with you!{{#widget:a name="chopstations">}.
Hunting Photo Reactions
If you take pictures of your kills when out hunting with Trevor, and send those photos to random numbers from your contacts list, you'll get various reactions ranging from confusion to disgust.
Radio Stations Chop Hates
Get into a vehicle with Chop the dog and turn on either Worldwide FM, Rebel Radio and any talk back station and he will bark non-stop! Chop don't like those radio stations!{{#widget:a name="sleepingtimes">}.
Sleeping Times
This is a pretty interesting easter egg — you may not have noticed by the three main characters actually have different sleeping times. If you go to sleep as Trevor then time will advance by 12 hours, if it's Franklin then you'll wake up 8 hours later and finally Michael gets the least sleep with just 6 hours each time!{{#widget:a name="mapmessage">}.
Special Edition Map Secret Message
The Special Edition of GTA V contains a message hidden in the included map. It can only be seen with a UV light:
T.P.E — Trevor Philips Enterprises. Weaponry, narcotics, intimidation and casual wear. Lago Zan Cudo. Great Ocean, Highway north, through north Chumash, 0.5 miles past Raton Canyon. When guard rail ends, follow the dirt road down the docks. Bring $500,000 cash.
Reddit user LostDelta also made a full version of the map with the secret messages included! Check it out below.

Tipping Street Performers
If you take a picture of a street performer using your mobile phone and don't get them a tip, then they'll get angry with you.{{#widget:a name="toplesswomen">}.
Topless Women
If you happen to find yourself in some of the mansions of Vinewood there might be topless women prading around and partying. If you whip out your cell phone and take a picture they will call you a dreep and then their boyfriends might show up looking for a fight.{{#widget:a name="trevorblazer">}.
Trevor's Hot Rod Blazer
Like the look of this? Ron will deliver it to Trevor's trailer once you complete the main story mode.
Unfortunately it can't be customized though.{{#widget:a name="trevormusic">}.
Trevor's Music
Trevor can be very picky with the radio stations he listen too and if you put on something he doesn't like he'll get angry and over-ride what you've chosen, turning it back to something he prefers.{{#widget:a name="ufopicslocation">}.
UFO
This contains some definite spoilers so be warned... You also need to have 100% completion for it to work.
First off head to the location indicated on the map below and then fly directly upwards to about 3/4 of the maximum height that your chopper will allow.
Get there and you should begin to hear some strange sounds. Keep waiting around and the UFO will appear!
