Get ready to hunt down criminals in GTA Online's thrilling "Bottom Dollar Bounties" update, coming in less than a week.
After hinting at its arrival in April and earlier this month, Rockstar Games has officially revealed the next big update for Grand Theft Auto Online.
"Bottom Dollar Bounties" received its first official trailer earlier today and gives players a glimpse of what's coming to GTA Online.
As per the teaser, the new GTA Online update will see players work with Maude Eccles and her daughter, Jenette, to bring in "all manner of reprobate scum."
This isn't quite like the canceled "Cops N Crooks" mode that never made it to GTA Online, but who knows? Maybe its success might pave the way for something similar to arrive in GTA Online, or maybe in Grand Theft Auto VI.
In case you've forgotten, Maude Eccles was previously featured in GTA Online as part of its Red Dead Redemption 2 crossover where players could unlock the Stone Hatchet in both Rockstar titles.
Aside from Eccles, the trailer brings back a familiar face in Los Santos Police Department officer, Vincent Effenburger. It appears that the former Head of Security at The Diamond Casino & Resort needs help with under-the-table Dispatch Work again. If you're interested, you'll have access to law enforcement vehicles as you bring down justice. As expected, you're free to accomplish Effenburger's given tasks however you please.
With less than a week to go until the launch of the Bottom Dollar Bounties update, the denizens of Los Santos won't have to wait too long to find out what else Rockstar has in store.
In the meantime, players can look forward to the next GTA Online weekly update, which should arrive this Thursday morning.
Since this will coincide with GTA Online's summer patch, expect next week's bonuses to be related to Effenburger's Dispatch Missions and the Bottom Dollar Bounties update.
