This is a brand new cheat code only available in the Definitive Edition. It will give all NPCs, as well as CJ, big heads. Does not work in the original version of the game.
CJ Never Becomes Hungry: X, LB, RT, Y, UP, X, LB, UP, A
CJ no longer needs to eat in the game to survive. Does not work in the Definitive Edition.
Gameplay will speed up.
Makes gameplay slower (slow-motion).
The in-game clock will pass time faster.
You receive these weapons: brass knuckles, baseball bat, 9mm, shotgun, Micro SMG, AK-47, Rifle, rocket launcher, molotov cocktail, and spray paint.
You receive these weapons: knife, desert eagle, sawn-off shotgun, TEC 9, M4 Carbine, sniper rifle, flamethrower, fire extinguisher, and grenades.
You receive these weapons: chainsaw, silenced 9mm, SPAS 12, MP5, M4 Carbine, sniper rifle, heat-seeking rocket launcher, and satchel bomb.
Raises your skill level for all weapons to Hitman.
You get infinite ammo for all your weapons, but so do pedestrians.
Infinite Health/Invincibility: DOWN, A, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, RT, RIGHT, DOWN, UP, Y
Makes you invincible, apart from falling, drowning, explosions or police chopper fire damage. They can still harm you. Does not work in the Definitive Edition.
Allows you to remain underwater without drowning.
Instantly spawns a jetpack for you.
Lock Wanted Level: B, RIGHT, B, RIGHT, LEFT, X, Y, UP
Lock your wanted level on whatever number of stars you are. Even though there is a single cheat code, this cheat still works in both the original and Definitive Edition.
Removes all stars from your wanted level.
Adds two stars to your wanted level.
Six-Star Wanted Level: B, RIGHT, B, RIGHT, LEFT, X, A, DOWN
Instantly get a 6-star wanted level. Even though there is a single cheat code, this cheat still works in both the original and Definitive Edition.
Maximum Fat: Y, UP, UP, LEFT, RIGHT, X, B, DOWN
CJ gets as fat as possible. Even though there is a single cheat code, this cheat still works in both the original and Definitive Edition.
Maximum Muscle: Y, UP, UP, LEFT, RIGHT, X, B, LEFT
CJ bulks up, obtaining maximum muscle. Even though there is a single cheat code, this cheat still works in both the original and Definitive Edition.
Gain respect from everyone.
Everyone will be attracted to CJ.
Your driving, flying, biking, and cycling stats are all set to max.
Minimum Fat and Muscle: Y, UP, UP, LEFT, RIGHT, X, B, RIGHT
CJ loses weight and muscle. Even though there is a single cheat code, this cheat still works in both the original and Definitive Edition.
Instantly spawns a parachute for you.
Your character will instantly die.
CJ can jump extremely high.
CJ, as well as pedestrians, get increased melee power.
All NPC drivers become extremely aggressive.
All cars will be equipped with NOS (Nitrous Oxide Systems).
All taxis have NOS, and they will also jump when you press the horn button.
You can bunny hop 100 feet (30 meters) in the air.
Cars can all drive on water, just like boats.
Cars Float Away When Hit: X, RB, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, DOWN, LEFT, LEFT, LB, A
When you touch a car, it will float off. Does not work in the Definitive Edition.
Control Car Weapons Manually: UP, UP, X, LB, RIGHT, A, RT, DOWN, RB, B
You can aim weapons from vehicles. Does not work in the Definitive Edition.
All cars within a small range around you are blown up.
Boats can fly.
Cars will fly.
Invisible Cars: Y, LT, Y, RB, X, LT, LT
This cheat doesn't affect motorcycles and won't make your wheels disappear — but all other parts of your vehicle will be invisible. Also, does not work in the Definitive Edition.
Vehicles become very easy to drive.
Traffic lights are constantly green.
Not only is your car invincible, but you have the ability to instantly destroy other vehicles too.
Spawns the Bloodring Banger, a demolition derby car.

All cars become beach cars, pedestrians wear bikinis, and CJ wears shorts and flipflops.
Pedestrians are clowns and fast food workers, CJ wears a clown outfit, and all traffic vehicles are Pizza Boy, BF Injection, Hotknife, Tug, Quad, and Hotdog. Also, all 4-wheeled vehicles have hydraulics.
All pedestrians are Elvis.
Kinky Theme: X, RIGHT, X, X, LB, A, Y, A, Y
CJ wears a gimp suit and all PEDS are either prostitutes or pimps. Does not work in the Definitive Edition.
Rural Theme: LT, LT, RT, RT, LB, LT, RB, DOWN, LEFT, UP
All vehicles turn into farming vehicles and NPCs wear rural clothing. CJ also wears country clothing. Does not work in the Definitive Edition.
Yakuza Theme: A, A, DOWN, RB, LB, B, RT, B, X
CJ receives a Katana and PEDS are also Triad members armed with Katanas. All vehicles turn black. Does not work in the Definitive Edition.
All pedestrians disappear from the streets, as do most NPC cars.
Pedestrians will be armed (and dangerous).
Pedestrians start rioting.
Pedestrians are armed with rocket launchers and will attack you. Note, this cheat cannot be deactivated.
Pedestrians are armed with guns and will attack you.
Pedestrians start fighting one another.
Faster Gang Member Spawns: LEFT, RIGHT, RIGHT, RIGHT, LEFT, A, DOWN, UP, X, RIGHT
All pedestrians are replaced with gang members. Does not work in the Definitive Edition.
No citizens or cops are in the streets, only gang members.
Recruit anyone as a gang member and they'll be armed with a 9mm pistol.
Recruit Anyone 2: RB, RB, RB, A, LB, LT, RB, LT, DOWN, A
Recruit anyone as a gang member and they will have a rocket launcher. Does not work in the Definitive Edition.
The time is locked to 9pm with an orange sky. When you deactivate this cheat, the time that passed is added to the current time.
Always Midnight: X, LT, RT, RIGHT, A, UP, LT, LEFT, LEFT
Sets the time to be midnight 0:00. Does not work in the Definitive Edition (see 'Sunny' cheat below instead).
Makes the weather cloudy.
Foggy descends on the streets.
A sandstorm arrives.
The weather turns stormy.
The weather is sunny. In the Definitive Edition, entering this code will actually activate the 'Always Midnight' cheat
The weather is very sunny.
To deactivate a cheat that you've entered in GTA San Andreas, just press the button combination for that cheat once more. The cheat, and its effect, will then be turned off.
