New Rumors Point Toward Zombie DLC
Most Grand Theft Auto DLC we hear about these days is for GTA Online, but some rumors have started about new single-player content for GTA V. A fan who examined the script found lines that pertain to casino DLC.
According to this rumor, the content will include multiple casinos, 12 assassination missions (with names like "assassin_skydive" and "assassin_cablecar"), 3 mini-games, new IAA missions, and new missions for Trevor. Some of this code may be leftover from cut content, but many fans believe Rockstar intends to revive it as DLC.
The most startling rumor, however, comes from a particular line found in the code: "main_ZMB."
Are fans correct in their guess that those letters mean zombie DLC content? That would certainly shake up the gameplay a bit. Opinions are divided on whether it would be a good thing or a bad thing, but it's generally seen a positive reception.
Yet another rumor claims this content will be PS4-exclusive. Of all the rumors, we think that one is the most unlikely, although timed exclusivity is a plausible possibility.
