GTA Online Update 1.29 Fixes Countless Bugs

From GTA BOOM Wiki

As you all probably know (and are busy playing) the Freemode Events update for GTA Online was recently announced and quickly released by Rockstar Games.

The update added a whole ton of content to the game, including 12 new ambient multiplayer events, two new Adversary modes, a seamless online experience and the Rockstar Editor's new and updated version, which is now available on Xbox One and Playstation 4 for the first time. However, heaps of new content notwithstanding, what would a good patch be sans any tweaks or bug fixes?

GTA Online patch 1.29 finally got around to fixing numerous bugs which have been around for quite a while now, and players have been buzzing to get them fixed for a long time.

Overall server stability has been greatly improved, which might be attributed to the massive 7 hour maintenance that took down GTA Online servers recently. Numerous miscellaneous bugs have been fixed, including issues with Beer Hats (priorities, yo), problems with the tracking and registering of achievement progression, and bugs where daily objectives could not be completed. Other issues included clipping, incorrect vehicle deliveries, and homing rockets, well, not homing.

However, of the entire patch notes, our favorite line is the following:

Fixed an issue where players were losing their head when getting a private lap dance.

Shit man, that must be some lapdance! Most other bugs that were fixed are related to the cross-functioning of social features in single player and GTA Online. The patch notes are really, really long, meaning the guys over at Rockstar probably put in some serious overtime to smash all these bugs, but the game should be running mighty fine following the 1.29 update's installation for all of you. Now, keep in mind that there is no such thing as a bug free game, but it seems like Rockstar is trying to get as close to that as humanly possible with 1.29.

Have you experienced any noticeable improvement of GTA Online's stability?
