These cheats for the Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and original Xbox versions of Grand Theft Auto 3 will help no matter whether you've exhausted all of the game's standard content, but aren't ready to leave Rockstar's rendition of Liberty City behind, or if you need a bit of divine intervention to get past a particularly difficult mission. Everyone runs around with big heads. This is a new cheat included in The GTA: The Trilogy — The Definitive Edition. Does not work in the original version of GTA 3.
Flying Cars

Causes cars to take off from the ground.
NPCs Carry Weapons
