Now it really looks like we're getting close to an announced release date for GTA V on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Not only is the Steam version being tested, but players have discovered a price listed for the PS4 version of GTA V on PSN.
It's priced at $49.99. Some fans see this lower price as welcome compensation for the fact that it's a remastered port, rather than a new game. However, the real interest in the price is that it's there at all. If the page was updated to include the price, maybe that means a release date announcement isn't far off.
Everything pictured here has since vanished. Many users, including the one who took the original picture, believes a glitch or mistake caused the prices to appear. Whether they are true or not remains to be seen.
One reason you might want to consider this a rumor is that players have questioned the other prices visible in the image. In particular, Driveclub's expected price doesn't seem to match up with what is shown.
Nevertheless, the majority of the release date rumors point to October or November. Though November feels more likely, October might be the better choice, to avoid the rush of games being released this fall. When do you think the remastered GTA V will be released?
