Under-promise and over-deliver: it's one of the most important things you can ever learn in customer service. Why then, Rockstar has chosen to not only delay the GTA Online stimulus package injection again, but also again, promise that it will come next week, we're not too sure.
They just posted this update to the official Newswsire:
Currently, we expect the next title update (1.05) addressing player progress loss issues to be available sometime early next week. Following that, we hope to deliver everyone's GTA$ Stimulus Package before the end of next week. A big thank you to GTA Online players worldwide for your continued patience and understanding and we will continue to keep you all updated.
This type of let-down isn't typical from Rockstar who generally seem to run a tight operation (well, excluding the whole GTA Online launch debacle — which this is related to anyway). Here's a hint — stop telling us "next week" and avoid frustrating a whole lot of people! We, like a lot of other gamers who've been commenting here on GTA BOOM asking where the package is, really hope they can deliver this time!
