Rockstar has said that the $500,000 GTA Online stimulus package will be delayed until next week and that secondly, early next month we should expect the first DLC add-on content for the multiplayer aspect of GTA — the "Beach Bum Pack.
Posting on its Newswire, Rockstar said that the delay to injecting GTA$500K into everyone's GTA Online accounts is necessary as they want to be absolutely sure that all game progress loss issues are fixed. Rockstar also said that it has a few more tweaks and fixes to make and that a new game update will be available next week. The GTA$ will then be distributed after that.
Rockstar also revealed that come early next month the Beach Bum Pack will bring new beach-themed vehicles and additional weaponry to both GTA Online and also the single player story mode part of GTA V. In addition, the Beach Bum pack will include new customization options for your GTA Online character like additional tattoos, hairstyles and more. Finally, the DLC will include new Jobs that can be played with Gang Attacks, Survivals, Last Team Standings, Parachutes, Deathmatches and Races.
